хех, кто знал, что так будет. Блин. Как сейчас помню народ в офисах с этими суппортами сидели, я всё удивлялся, мол зачем?? Причём даже 25 летние деффки.... А теперь самому надо в карсет затягиваться, мля. PA - за вредность должны компенсировать.

во первых, нафиг заказывать эту фигню если неизвестно ни диагноза ни качества этого саппорта

во вторых, даже если сам себя уже диагнистировал с carpal tunnel syndrome то насколько видно по информации о том что ты заказал то оно совсем не для этого

И тем не менее оно помогает. Когда я укладываю руку на спец мягкую подставку, рука прямая, то вроде лучше становиться.

The importance of wrist braces and splints in the carpal tunnel syndrome therapy is known, but many people are unwilling to use braces.
