1) false imprisonment does not necessarily mean physical force - I was afraid to leave feeling that then in that case they could legally go after me for just taking my vehicle and leaving
2) I did not expect that ordeal would last for so long
3) this is the first time I found myself in a situation like this, so at first I did not even know how to react - all I experienced at that time was shock, emotional anguish, indignity, and physical pain

You are making a big deal out of NOTHING. The fact that you did not know how to react does not mean that someone can be sued. There are many situations in life that are rather challenging, are you going to sue everyone on your way? :rolleyes:

it is nothing for you because you were not the one who had to deal with all this torture
I am sure the woman who sued McDonalds for getting burnt by their coffee seemed like "a big deal out of nothing" to you, however it was not NOTHING for her
