I have the same problem thinking if I have to put the information about my employer or not....
I consulted with a lawyer and she told me just not to disclose that information.INS itself is not gonna check if u r working or not...
And it might be better coz' in instructions for completing I-485 form there is a words saying:
Who is not eligible for an adjaustment of status:
....
if u were employed by US employer without USCIS authorization.
So,they might deny just because of illegal working...So,is it better to tell the truth saying you work without that authorization???
But,in the same time,there is a possibility that they might check your employment history by SSN...
Once again,the lawyer who has 5 years of practice says that they don't check...
I filed my documents for an F-1 student visa and didn't put that I work(although I was)...I got my approval...
Still,guys,if you have any more information about if u should put your employment in G325A form or shouldn't,please,write your experience here=)

Замуж выходит гражданка. За-муж. Всё прощается - нелегальное пребывание, нелегальная работа и т.д.
Не прощаются две вещи - нелегальный переход границы и совершённые преступления.

При некоторых обстоятельствах супруг/супруга не могут подать I-485 в стране. При таких ситуациях надо выезжать из страны и получать гринкарту в посольстве.

Понятно, что в формах можно наврать, и понятно, что проверка идёт на поверхностном уровне, но что будет, если ложь случайно всплывёт? При плохом раскладе выйдет обман властей с целью получить иммиграционные бенефиты, а дальше начнутся последствия.

Кроме того, если вдруг с Вами что-то случится, то лоер не пострадает, а просто уйдёт окучивать следующего иммигранта. Не его же подпись под этими документами - он только отвечает на Ваши вопросы, а выбор, что написать, исключительно Ваш. Я бы рекомендовал крепко подумать.

Вообшем,смисл в том,что ныжно ыказивать,что работаешь,даже если нет УСЦИС авторизации и на интервиещ говорить,что женам УС граждан все прошается

Указывать, что работаете. Права качать - не следует, они и без Вас это знают.
