Нет, они расследуют если подозревается неэтичное поведение лоера по отношению к клиенту. Несвоевременное возвращение звонков - маловато для [investigation]. Но [BAR] также обычно имеет и [lawyer referral service]. Ей помогут найти другого адвоката, если она захочет.

I know that if you don't like service you fined another one but with lawyers is another picture.

It's an accsident case they spend almost 2 years working on it. I can't just leave I have to pay them for the hourse they spend. Do I?

I have a really wierd situation with a law office which is working on my case.

First of all if I have a question I can't get in touch with anyone they just say they will call me back and they never do.

Second I needed to sign something so they send me a package with all my personal data and it wasn't seald just taped over.

So anyone could open it and read. I'm trying to get in touch with the office manager and the just ignore my calls.
This is how the treat my personal info.

What can I do about it or if I have anyother complaints about a law office.

Если же есть нарушения закона или неетичное отношение то надо подать жалобу в Бар вашего штата, если нарушения "Code of Professional Responsibility" или "Rules of Professional Conduct" то лоеру засадят по самые гланды.:34:

Наидите другого юриста. Вы первому ничего не должны. Следущий нанятый вами юрист будет делиться с первым теми 33.33% которые вы им дадите.:34: Если выиграют дело, естественно. Если дело не выиграют, то вы никому ничего не должны
