NY. Там в округе больше выбора и разнообразия. А в Калифорнии -- все сплошь Калифорния... И университетов там больше, хороших и разных. В NY.
А в Калифорнии еще, может, придется мексиканский язык учить...

Язык испанский, и да - не мешает. Учить специально не надо - в зависимости от того где/с кем работаешь, испанский быстро приобретаетса

that's right, depending on the program terms and conditions, but ususally, if you pay extra 200 bucks (officially, it's in the agreement) or so, they find a job offer for you themselves.
