Тут набрёл на первую попавшуюся статистику про индусов, но думаю, что ничего особо не поменялось.

The statistics reveal an interesting trend. Indian nationals received about 65% of all H1B approvals, about 8 times as much as the next country, China, which was listed as receiving about 8%. Then came the Philippines at about 2.25%, about a quarter of the Chinese figure. Indian nationals constitute a large percentage of total H1B holders, considering all the fields combined: the high tech sector and other types of H1B positions. The percentage of Indians is sharply higher when looking at computer and other technology-related professionals alone. The majority of H1B computer "techies" come from Asian countries. Canada is the only non-Asian country included in the top five.

Specific percentages are provided in the chart below; we believe that this information is consistent with a widespread opinion that the majority of the "techies" are Indians!

Как-то странно получается в статье:

...
India 7,619 64.9%

Получется, что 65% было от 11,739, а не от 42,563. Где потерялись остальные?

Перемножил, думаю, они цифирку потеряли:
India 27,619 64.9%

Интересно другое, русскими тут вообще не пахнет. Сейчас поищем статистику H1-B на Russia.

IMHO без разницы кто прёт.
По работе прут в любом случае лучшие.
Это же не бежинсто ;) по которому кстати амнистию устроили ещё в мае.
