машину продай, а если есть кредитки, то 3K заплати чеками с кредиток....нет закажи кредитки, если дали ссуду на машину значет есть кредит хистори..а квартира есть? тогда можно equity line...

Цейчас выплачиваем за машину ,осталось 18 тыс. Возможности платить нет. Думали ее продать ,за нее дают 15 тыс.,а остальные з тыс., как нам сказали нужно выплатить сразу же .У нас их нет ,может ли банк дать эти деньги в долг , или соашел сервис ? И как еще можно избавится от машины?

(1) Try to refinance the car with your bank or CapitalOne Auto. If you are a member at Costo, they have excellent rates thru Capital One. Or again, your local bank or credit union.

(2) Advertise the car as "Take over payments". If you have a reasonable rate on your car loan, there might be a lot of people who have no chance to get a decent car loan, they'll be happy to assume your payments (my first car loan was at 22%, I would have gladly assumed any loan that was less than 12%). This way you are selling payments, and people will not be negotiating with you over the price. Make sure to take a decent upfront deposit (five-six times monthly payments), and structure a private payment agreement that states that if the person fails to make the payment, you will file a "stolen vehicle" report with the police. NOTA BENA: Don't spend the deposit, whatever you do! Use it as your security for payments.

(3) Negotiate with the lender, especially if it's one of the subprime lenders, like WFFinance, or Americredit. They really don't want to inherit your car, especially since they would have to sell it at a dealer auciton and they would get may be 10 thousand for it. Tell them that you have trouble paying for this car, would they consider dropping your interest or allowing you to skip a couple of payments while you are catching up on your bills. Some times they do it.

(4) Discuss your situation with a Credit Counseling organization. Make sure to check the for referrences, there are a lot of scamartists in this business. These companies are masters at negotiating with your creditors, and can reduce your payments drastically.

(5) Try to trade in the car for a smaller vehicle. The dealer will take your car and your loan and put those $3,000 into the next loan. If your current loan at high interest rate, negotiate a lower rate on the new car. Make sure that you tell the dealer that your goal here is to buy a smaller car and to lower your interest, don't tell them that you can't make payments. Learn to play dealers games, last time I bought the car, it saved me about $10,000!

(6) MISC. - Home Equity loan, credit cars, friends and relatives to cover the $3,000 after the sale, 2nd job, loan against your 401(k), etc.

THINGS ABSOLUTELY NOT TO DO!!!

(1) Do not commit insurance fraud! I know a local millionaire real estate investor who went to jail for it, and another Russian "entrepreneur" who burnt his house trying to make money on insurance, he was forced into bankruptcy, lost about $300,000, lost his green card, and had to run away from this country not to go to jail.

(2) Don't file for BK over a $3,000 or even $15,000. Car repossession is just a bad remark that stays on your credit report for 7 years, BK is a major derogatory public record that stays there for 10 years.

(3) Don't give up, there is always a solution. Make a new list of 20 possible solutions every day until the problem is solved.

Если пропустить паймент- то амба, сразу попадаешь в комп как злостный неплательщик. А машину забирают после второго пропущеного. Забираут неожиданно.Ночью или в ланч..Вышел- и нету.
Короче. НАдо братьедитку или давать обьяву о продаже зa пайменты. Срочно.
