crazy situation - have no idea what to do
Came here 3 years ago on a fiancee visa.
Didn't work out with that guy so stayed friends...
But didn't leave and stayed with no any status. Got a boyfriend and now we got married. I had no idea it's that easy to get married...weird.
The question is - what happens now? Are they still going to deport me? Is there a chance to get legal here without leaving the US? Should I get a lawyer? Should I go to INS? I have no idea what to do now...
If anybody has any idea please let me know...
I would really appreciate NO comments like 'you should have been thinking long ago' etc. I know it's an extremely difficult situation and I am just looking for an advice.
