this is my first time in Russian America forum,my name is Rimma Galyamova. I am in ohio on j1 visa doing a 'work&travel' program.i don't have a two year residence rule.my employer wants me to work for him more than just 4 months, permanently. we cannot figure out the best way for me to stay here.would i be able to get any kind of work visa?what kind? :confused:
