For years, russia has deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure.
The last people on Earth who get to lecture anyone about terrorism are russians.

The Russian retailer Wildberries has officially introduced a category for military equipment called "Everything for the SVO." This category currently lists 228,322 different products.
