Whilst I am not qualified to give evidence in court, I am an experienced forensic anthropologist. My overall impression was a staged event, the bodies were too ordered and orchestrated. The behavior of those filming also suggests the participants knew the individuals were dead, as no attempts were made to check for wounded survivors. The very low resolution of the video is also questionable, the prime effect is to mask evidence. I was looking for evidence of livor mortis. Most bodies in the video had all skin concealed apart from one with their hands tied behind their back. There was evidence of possible livor on the back of one hand, the palm looked normal. Livor mortis appears once the heart stops beating and then blood starts to pool under gravity at the lowest point of the body. It starts within a few hours of death and is complete by say ~12-16 hours, maybe 24 hours in cold climate. Assuming the image does indeed show livor mortis, this tells me the person was alive within ~24 hours of the video being shot, and that he/she was moved after death, probably rotated from face up (hands lowest behind their back where livor pools) to face down (hand now topmost). This suggests that the people were not killed by Russians as they left ~3 days ago, and the corpse was moved after death, suggesting a staged event.
