Опять же, только исходя из личного опыта и наблюдений. На каких работах они работают? Я помню у нас они собирались толпами (правда до кризиса) возле Хом Дипо. То есть, ты подъезжал, брал сколько нужно тебе человек на какую-то черновую работу и платил им кэш, естественно. Они же в основном вот на таких, временных, неквалифицированных работах. О каких таксах мы говорим?

Хотя я не удивлюсь, что нынешняя SSA сама же подтверждает тот факт, что "Да, мы знаем об использовании fraudulent social security numbers or social security numbers of the deceased, но оставьте в покое бедных нелегалов, нам нужны голоса".
