Вред один - ребенку делают больно. Ты сделаешь своему ребенку больно, если это не для его пользы? Уверен, что нет. А те родители, что делают обрезание или с затуманенными религией мозгами, или введены в заблуждения по поводу его полезности. А так как ребенок недееспособный, то по закону они имеют полное право решать за него о проведении операции.
