Разумеется, расы отличаются на генетическом уровне. Поэтому, есть физические заболевания, которые чаще встречаются у представителей определённый рас. Я тебе больше скажу: мужчины и женщины тоже генетически отличаются. Но при чём здесь уровень интеллекта?
