Must have experience with testing web performance, etc. See below, must have the Selenium exp

- 3-5 years **web QA** experience
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have strong working experience of QA automation tool including Selenium/Grid, Selenium/RC, Selenium/Ruby, Mechanize, Spider, Cucumber
- Must have strong working experience of browser compatibility testing, stress/performance testing
- Has beginner-intermediate knowledge to Python or Ruby or Java or C#, Javascript/JQuery/CSS.
- Has beginner-intermediate knowledge of databases including Oracle and MySQL.
- Strong SDLC knowledge of Agile/SCRUM, deployment methodologies, self-organizer
- Familiar with QA concepts of Agile/SCRUM story process, biz/tech requirement
differences, functional positive/negative/edge, test case prioritization,
stress/volume load testing,
[Rationale above is that coding can be taught, having a QA mind set is more
difficult to teach...]
- Ruby/Rails experience a plus

- Computer Science degree or formal coding methodology training in some form
- Prefer an ex-engineer or ex-developer that has "gone rogue" to the QA world

Location: NYC
Compensation: TBD by exp, but rates can go to $800/day + for right person
