Есть законы и приказы над которыми висит черный флаг* и тот кто их выполняет - преступник. Такие законы не существует в демократическом обществе с Конституцией или сильным верховным судом.

*Выражение "приказ с черным флагом" появилось как результат страшного события в 1956 году.

Были ли с тех пор случаи неповиновения приказам соответственно этому закону?
Если нет, то это демагогия
Буданова тоже осудили, однако, но это не говорит о том, что Россия действительно правовое гос-во.
