Пресловутый INA и бывшая INS сами же делят criminal convictions на типы: "Moral turpitude crimes that provide for a penalty of less than one year, such as drunk driving, retail fraud, or simple assaults, generally will not create problems for aliens if there is a single criminal conviction.":???:
