вы что не понимаете,что федералная программа--позволит вам толко жит с вашим американским родственником,но федералалы будут платит его и толко его долю за рент.

а ест 2 программы штата ,которые дадут вам возможност(конечно имея инкоm,ssn и state id)получит квартиру и платит свои 30 проценtов от инкома за рент.
