How can I file a complaint about a law office

I have a really wierd situation with a law office which is working on my case.

First of all if I have a question I can't get in touch with anyone they just say they will call me back and they never do.

Second I needed to sign something so they send me a package with all my personal data and it wasn't seald just taped over.

So anyone could open it and read. I'm trying to get in touch with the office manager and the just ignore my calls.
This is how the treat my personal info.

What can I do about it or if I have anyother complaints about a law office.

I'd file a complaint with Bar Association.. and they should launch an investigation.

I know that if you don't like service you fined another one but with lawyers is another picture.

It's an accsident case they spend almost 2 years working on it. I can't just leave I have to pay them for the hourse they spend. Do I?

В том то и проблема, что ни один юрист не хочет делится с первым. Потому другого юриста найти исключительно сложно.

If your case was taken on contingency (i.e., you don't pay anything upfront, but they take a cut once they settle/win), you don't owe them anything when you leave

your old lawyer has an ethical obligation to send all your files to the new lawyer

so, if you really don't like them, leave...actually, there is a chance that once you start doing that, they will pay more attention

forget about complaining to the Bar, this is not something the Bar will pay attention to
