airport arrival - change terminals

i have a good question for you. (sorry if it's off the theme, i wasn't sure if it concerns immagration or not...)
my sister is coming to JFK from Moscow at 2:30 pm (Terminal 4). We r gonna try to make a 4:30 flight to Tampa (Terminal 6). Is there anyway for her after clearing the customs to stay inside the security and meet me there or does she have to actually come out and then go through security and all that again?...I thought maybe if she has her Tampa ticket it will help? I tried to call Delta to find out they don't seem to know the answer.
Did anyone ever have a similar situation?
I would appreciate any answer.

Delta вроде 3-ий Теминал в JFK.
Выходить у нее займет час, если они багаж не задержат.
Кроме того, бывает что Дельта из Москвы опаздывает, их в Ш-2 бывают задерживают. Так что с 3-го терминала на 6-ой ей придется перемещаться с багажом на Трэйне довольно в сжатые сроки...
Я бы предложил для запаса и снятия стресса взять ей на 5-30 если такое возможно.
Сперва она пройдет паспортный контроль, потом получит багаж, пройдет таможню, выйдет из 3-го терминала, сядет на трэйн монорельс, доедет до 6-го терминала, выйдет из поезда, зайдет в Терминал, зарегистрируется на рейс до Тампы и сдаст багаж. Другого пути и шанса у нее просто НЕТ! (это так всегда работает, кроме когда она летит одной авиакомпанией весь путь, но и тогда все равно багаж проходит таможню на промежуточном\американском терминале 1-го прибытия, а потом она с него же и вылетает).

Смородина, это очень напряженная ситуация, я не очень знаю что посказать. Опиши пожалуйста, как это прошло, у меня вроде намечается то же самое.

Вот так хочешь, бывает, обьяснить что и как ( потому что не раз бывал в такой сетуации), но лень на английском печатать..

Мне прям жалко девушек ,которые по русски разучиваются...

Yes. JFK Security has conquered the art of teleportation and will beem up anybody between terminals. They can bend space and time that makes the shuttle trip the thing of the past. Киса-куку.
