I have some perm and contract jobs, if you are interested or know anyone who is, let me know.

1.EM/ Mechanical Assembly, soldering, testing, assembling, reading scematics, PCB's. 9 different positions paying around $13/h with indefinite contracts, MUST HAVE US CITIZENSHIP

2.Chem. Tech's Various contracts paying $12-$14/h must have chemical lab experience, could be fresh out of college with a chemistry or bio degree, 2 positions.


3.Electro Optical Technician $15-$20/h contract till the end of the year, must have optics experience, N. Billerica

Under general supervision, perform various optical/electrical/mechanical assembly and test.

Responsible for the assembling, aligning and test of optical/mechanical assemblies. Verify optical transmissions of telescopes and assorted optical lenses using a collimator. Measure optical flatness using the interferagram. Testing will require using various test equipment (ie. power supply oscilloscope, digital multimeter etc.) Responsible to fill out accurately all job related paperwork requirements. Assist in the creation and maintence of bill of material and process documentation.

Minimum three exp in a mfg/optics environment. Requires high degree of hand/eye coordination. Basic electronics bkgd a plus.



4.EM TECH $17-$22/h Temp To Perm, Billerica

Under limited supervision, builds prototype assemblies for new products and existing product upgrades. Train operators in correct manufacturing techniques for new products to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved. Develop procedures to ensure adequate reference instructions are available to assemblers. Duties are moderate to complex in nature.

Assemble, perform self inspection of work and test moderate to complex e/m assemblies. Recognize failure and set-up problems, verify and document using appropriate forms and methods. Build prototype assemblies to support new products planning and engineering. Train operators in work details relating to existing and new product introductions. Conduct routine experiments and evaluations as required by engineering/mfg eng'ing.

Solder certification a plus. Minimum of 6 years exp in e/m prototype building. Must be able to read assembly drawings, schematics and mechanical drawings. This position requires a strong mechanical assembly background.



5.EE pays $60-70k DOE In Billerica MUST BE A CITIZEN

Good Knowledge and capability of designing, testing, and troubleshooting of Pulsed and DC high voltage, high power electrical systems, modulators and controls. Familiarity with linear accelerators and HV tubes is highly desirable. Knowledge of ORCAD a plus, good PC skills a requirement.
Help to maintain and troubleshoot the existing equipment, design new products for both the commercial and research contracts, participate in proposals and reports.



Requirements:
BSEE with 10 years experience or Masters with 5 plus years
Pulse/DC high voltage systems.


6.Mechanical CAD Designer $25-$30/h 6 months Contract Amesbury


JOB SUMMARY:
Designs and details design drawings in accordance with customer's received orders, or as per issued instructions by Lead-Mechanical CAD designer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Design and detail of sheet metal parts using Solidworks 2004 and/or Cadkey 99
Experience with design/detail of Capital Equipment specifically HVAC/pollution control-related equipment(dampers, oxidizers, heat exchangers, ductwork)
Prepares sheet metal fabrication designs utilizing 3-D solid modeling Solidworks from 3-D solid modeling design - generates flats for fabrication.
Able to move from conceptual design to finished design, including layouts, tolerance valuations and detail drawings.
Responds and supports with fabrication/production issues in collaboration with the assigned Project Manager and/or Lead-Mechanical Cad designer.
Investigates and actions engineering change request (ECR) and product design reviews.
Adheres to Engineering Group objectives.
The candidate's will need Experience with CADKEY and/or Solid Works with a high proficiency in 3-D solids.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Any other drawing related duties as and when required.
Submittal of weekly reporting data as required by head of department.



7.Product Engineer $40-$42/h S. Boston, 3+ months

Conduct product testing for new products. Conduct design of experiments for mold qualifications. Work with manufacturing to investigate and resolve assembly or specification issues. Update documentation.
Complete Description:
In the product development environment of the Blade and Razor business unit:
1) Verify the relationships between design features and their impact to product performance characteristics
2) Develop detailed test plans to evaluate sample & pilot tooling parts, execute with lab staff, and analyze & report results
3) Analyze measurement & lab testing data from extended runs with production components & assemblies, and report results
4) Use CAD skills to maintain existing specifications
5) Communicate product requirements to manufacturing and tooling colleagues.
6) Resolve manufacturability issues utilizing problem solving methodologies.
7) Participate on cross-functional technical teams to deliver new product programs and/or improvements.

8.Mechanical Engineer FEA Analyst with ABAQUS Standard and Explicit S. Boston
$50/h ++ 1 Year Contract Plus

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to understand and analyze real-world physical phenomena and be able to develop Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models to describe them. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a project team environment while taking on multiple projects. Daily responsibilities include developing FEA models as tools to provide fundamental understanding, advancing product designs, and making design recommendations.

List Additional Skill Set (including education, experience, software, etc.) Required:
Minimum Qualifications:
" BS degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering
" 3 to 5 years applicable work experience with ABAQUS Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with a high level of competence
" Strong work ethic and drive for results
" Excellent communication skills

Plus Qualifications:
" MS and/or PhD degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, or Materials Engineering
" Solid FEA experience with both ABAQUS/Standard and ABAQUS/Explicit
" Hands-on CAD experience with Unigraphics
" FEA pre-processing experience with ABAQUS/CAE and/or HyperMesh
Strong knowledge of mechanics of materials




9. ORACLE Developer with Discoverer package pays around 80k + benefits PERMANENT POSITION Billerica MUST BE A CITIZEN


Work with Business Analyst and key business contacts to translate functional and technical specifications into a comprehensive reporting design. Assist in requirements analysis, data analysts, data mapping, report modifications and documentation.

Determine development strategy and framework for consistent report development standards.
Complete projects and tasks on a timely basis, according to commitments made to stakeholders and management,
Own overall business intelligence and reporting strategy for new Oracle Applications 11.50.10 e-Business suite implementation, including future data warehouse/ data mart strategy.
Create and maintain end users layers, component software and reports.
Work with in house team and consultants to provide best data needs solution, with primary responsibilities for Discoverer and Business Intelligence.
Take lead in Oracle portal development.


Requirements:
BS Degree or equivalent
5 years experience in Oracle Reporting and Business Intelligence
Strong SQL skills, including writing stored procedures, triggers and complex report queries required.
Knowledge of relational database design and practices
Experience with Oracle Portal required
Excellent Communication skills


10. Web Designer 3 months $35-$40/h S. Boston

A web developer who has extensive experience with Web Site Development using web languages, include but not limited to: HTML/XHTML, JavaScript. Attention to details. Effective communication with Development Team and Design Team, Project Manager.
