When it comes to talking about grief it is understandably a hugely sensitive topic to touch upon so I felt very humbled today to talk to one of my celebrity guests on a much deeper level than normal. The wonderful @demirose up close & personal from Ibiza opened up to me this morning on how & why she agreed to become part of a new mental health campaign with the guys @wearehummingbird & @panicthemother in a special video where she talks about her own experience of coping with grief at the age of 23 after losing both her parents within months of each other. Truly heartbreaking but discussing how she found the strength to cope & her ways in which she did so will without a doubt help others facing their own battles with grief, mental health & everything else life throws in the way. ♥️ The video will be released to coincide with World Suicide Prevention Day next month!
