у него сраный сайд стик будь он проклят. А еще Веллер сказал нечто интересное про высоту шасси и двигателей над землей.
Что чем выше тнм проще сажать аварийно. И это общая проблема современных самолетов. Конструкторы слишком много уплвают на электронику. После чего ручное управление оказывается затрудненным.
Или невозможным во внештатном режиме.

А теперь становится ясно что тут не только в качестве полосы дело,
а еще и в простоте посадки.
Ты вот помнишь историю, когда стадо канадских гуссейнов напало на боинг возле нью йорка и он сел в гудзон?
Это было чудо, патамушто пилот должен был сверхточно установить угол посадки штоб не зацепицца за воду сраными низко подвешеными турбинами или хвостом. Там у него посадочный угол должон был быть точно 10 градусов. Но ни как не 9 и не 11 иначе трындец.
А все изза низко висящих турбин. Лутше бы у него крылья были на спине а не в нижней четверти фюзеляжа блин йомма йо.

On xxxxx, I was informed by other Association members that xxxxxx had
been roaming the Common Areas, covered in blood, attempting to break into other Units and that the
police had detained him. Later, Project residents provided me with video recordings taken by their
security cameras which clearly showed xxxxx engaging in frightening and bizarre conduct. True and
correct copies of the video recordings capturing xxxxx conduct are attached in both DVD and
Flash Drive format to the Compendium of Exhibits ("Compendium") as Exhibits "C" and "D",
respectively, and are concurrently Lodged with the Court.

In response to the above conduct by xxxxx, onxxxx, the Board called
Defendant into a duly noticed hearing and informed her of the threat her son, xxxxx, posed to the
community at large, asking her to: (1) prohibit Gxxxxx access to her Unit and Common Areas; and
(2) reimburse the Association for the biohazardous fluid cleanup costs ("Cleanup Costs") in the amount
ofxxxx dollars ($xxxx) associated with xxxxx blood spilled
throughout the Common Areas and several other Units during the events of xxxxx

7. Due to Defendant xxxxx refusal to cooperate with the Board's requests
noted in the preceding paragraph, another formal, duly noticed hearing was held on May 8, 2019, with
the Board and Defendant xxxx, where the same requests were made to Defendant
xxxx, but she again refused to accede to the Board's requests. In fact, rather than agree to
keep her son out of her Unit and out of the Project, Defendant xxxx told the Board she
fully intended to bring xxxx back to her Unit within a week after he was released from the
hospital where he was admitted for psychiatric evaluation based on the actions described in the
preceding paragraphs. She likewise admitted that her son had schizophrenia and bi-polar
disorder.

8. At the hearing, given the Defendant xxxxx continued refusal to agree to the
Board's requests, the Board reached the following resolutions: (1) authorizing Plaintiff's law firm to
initiate this action against Defendant xxxx; (2) deeming xxxx a nuisance and an
immediate risk to the health and safety of the Association's members, residents, employees and guests,
in breach of CC&Rs; (3) restrictingxxxx from the Association's Common Areas; and (4) imposing
a fine of xxxxx for the violation of the CC&Rs. (A true and correct copy of the
Board of Directors Resolution dated xxxxx is attached to the Compendium as Exhibit "E".)
9. My family and I are traumatized from this frightening incident and we are extremely
concerned for not only our safety but the safety of the community at large in the Project.

10. Defendant xxxx disregard of her son's, xxxx, frightening behavior and
her continuing to provide xxxx access to the Project, despite being repeatedly warned of the risks to
the community at large, poses an imminent, life-threatening risk to me, my family, the Association
members, residents, guests at large and Association employees.
11. Court intervention is necessary due to Defendant xxxxx continued refusal to
comply with the Association's governing documents whereby she allows her son access to the entire
Project so that he can frighten, physically and verbally assault, and otherwise terrorize the residents.
Unless the Temporary Restraining Orders and other more permanent relief are granted by the Court, the
Association members and their families, guests, and employees will be irreparably damaged because the
offensive activity described herein is likely to continue and will interfere with the quiet enjoyment and
safety of all Association members, their families, guests, and employees.
