-No, I always eat. People have a misconception that if they are full, they are not losing weight. Some people need to feel how empty their stomach is to feel like they are really on a diet and really are losing weight.
You can always eat well, and stay fit and keep losing weight.
You can eat foods that are high in volume, yet low in calories and this is the idea behind all these diets and nutrition programs. Eat lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. They will not make you fat. Sugars, Bad fats, bad carbs is what will make you fat.
One apple-50 calories. An Adult woman can eat 3? appleas for lunch before she feels completely full. Now, A better thing would be to eat two apples and put some fish or chicken in there. Still low calories, yet you are adding protein also.
I woke up today, and took couple shots of the foods that I packed for lunch.

I would be very careful with the second one, as one serving can punch up to 650 calories. I used this one on weekends, when I workout for 3+ hours.
If you are mainly doing cardio, and want to lose weight I would just stay with a less calorie lean protein formulas.
Proteinfactory.com has an amazing protein powder selection.
Egg white protein is highly recommended, as it will not make you fart like the whey protein does.
