he just needs a lifestyle change. I do not like using the words "diets" and "dieting". As long as ANYBODY comsumes fresh frutis and vegetables, good, lean proteins, nuts, and limits the sugars to the ones that naturally occur in plants and other foods, they will lose and maintain their weight.
Food shopping should be fun, not a zombie trip to a store. and I think it is hard to stick to any "diet" long term if it is boring.-but then again, its just me.
then again, Once in a while I do have a chocolate bars, I have my cheat meals when I eat WHATEVER the hell I want. this happens once a week.
