The room has a private bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. You will be living with two russian male proffessionals ages 25 and 27. We are fun loving and outgoing people, and would like someone with the same personality to move in. We would prefer a female roommate. The rent is $550/month + $100-$120 utilities (cable, dsl, telephone, water, pg & e, garbage). Move in date is 5th of January.
