    Для всех тех кто тренеруюца предлогаю скидывать сюда как прошла тренеровка...


    Monday

    ABS Exercises (15-20 min)
    1)Crunch (30 times)
    2)Side Leg Raises (30 times each side)
    3)Modified Elbow to Knee Crunch (60 times each leg)
    3)Bicycle (60 times)
    4)Leg Raise (30 times)
    5)Elbow Bridge (1 min)

    Chest
    1)Bench press (3 sets)
    2)Incline chest press (3 sets)
    3)Cable Crossovers (3 sets)
    4)Push ups (3 sets 10 times each)

    Cardio
    1)Treadmill Runnning (10 min)
    2)Elliptical machine (10 min)

    Tuesday

    ABS Exercises (15-20 min)
    1)Crunch (30 times)
    2)Modified Elbow to Knee Crunch (60 times each leg)
    3)Bicycle (60 times)
    4)Leg Raise (30 times)
    5)Right/Left Elevated Side Bridge(30 times each side)
    6)Elbow Bridge (1 min)
    7)Set Up Bench (3 sets 10 times each)


    Triceps
    1)Close Grip Bench Presses (4 sets)
    2)Rope Pushdowns (3 sets)
    3)Push ups (3 sets 10 times each)
    4)Pressdown Machine (3 sets)

    Cardio
    1)Treadmill Runnning (10 min)
    2)Treadmill walking UP(10 min)
