Ocen nuzna pomosh, u menia sledujushaja situacija:
v April 2002 ja prijehal v US po F1, ne registrirovalsia v universitete i estestvenno poterial status. Probil v US 7 mesiacev. V November 2002 mne prishlos srochno viletet domoj.
F1 bila na 2 goda, poetomu nikto menia ne deportiroval i uletel ja po sobstvennomu zhelaniju.
Vopros v sledujushem: u menia ostalas podruga, US Citizen,
kotoraja soglasna prijehat ko mne dlia zakliuchenija braka.
V zakonah ja vikopal sledujusheje:
(I) was unlawfully present in the United States for a period of more than 180 days but less than 1 year, voluntarily departed the United States (whether or not pursuant to section 244(e)) prior to the commencement of proceedings under section 235(b)(1) or section 240, and again seeks admission within 3 years of the date of such alien's departure or removal, or
