Immigration category preference

I still have a family in Russia - parents and a brother (unmarried, older than 21).
Since siblings are the 4th preference, would it be faster to bring my brother here if I first bring my parents (1st preference, shouldn't take longer than a year), and once they are here, THEY file for my brother as for an unmarried child (1st preference again).
What do you think, immigration experts?

It wouldn't be a first preference (parent - unmarried child) because your parents are not US citizens, and aren't going to be at least for five years.

Вы правы, я чего-то совершенно забыла о том, что они должны быть гражданами. Da-a-ah.
Тогда такой вопрос:
как быстрее: всю семью (родителей и брата), или по отдельности case файлить - на родителей и второй на брата - постольку поскольку у брата preference последняя, не затянет ли это рассмотрение файла на родителей, если вместе их всех в один case? 8O

Да Вы НЕ МОЖЕТЕ их всех в одну кучу. Конечно же на брата нужно подавать отдельно.
