Мне эта полемика напоминает частую в моём офисе ситуацию когда очередной "наш" PhD который знает всё и обо всём удивляется что не все правила, законы и т.п. логичны или соответствуют его представлениям о них.

И на мой вопрос хотел ли бы он чтобы я со своим юрид. образованием делал ему операцию на сердце то почему он думает что он со своим физ/хим матом может вести юрид. дело.

При чем среди моих не "наших" клиентов - корейцев, японцев, греков и т.п. даже если они столпы науки и знаний нет такого понятия "я разберусь я же умный". Они понимают что будь ты 100 раз умным, в чужих делах ты можешь быть полный профан. И как говорил один мой авто механик - автомейкеры специально используют нестандартные головки в винтах и болтах чтобы "умные" не имея подходящих инструментов не лезли туда лишний раз. То же в законах и легальных процедурах. :lol:
