Первое впечатление. Резюме недоделанное, какое-то непонятное. Мне трудно его редактировать, т.к. нету времени и большого желания, но вот few tips for you:

Summary надо сделать правильным и более конкретным, т.к. это первое, а может и последнее (т.е. если не то, то и дальше смотреть не будет), на что смотрит наниматель.

Это не по английски. Как-то ухо режет. Даже не понятно.
