У меня вопрос! Как скоро после оформления брака, я могу подать на МЕДИЦАИД. дадут ли мне его, и почему могут не дать? Спасибо

You need to go to the Job and Family Services and talk to a case worker first. I believe, each case is different. I have applied and was denied on the basis that I entered the country after 1996 and/or didn't accumulate enough working hours ( 40 credits) to establish the eligibility. They have specific regulations for each immigrant category. I do not know your status, but assume that you entered on K-1 visa. You can write me: [email protected] if you have any other questions.
