The Alan Parsons Project "Vulture Culture"

The Alan Parsons Project was a British progressive rock and pop group active between 1975 and 1987 founded by Englishman Alan Parsons and Scotsman Eric Woolfson.
Most of the Project's titles, especially the early work, share common traits (likely influenced by Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, on which Parsons was the audio engineer in 1973): they were concept albums, they tended to begin with an instrumental introduction which faded into the first song, often had an instrumental piece in the middle of the second LP side, and concluded with a quiet, sad, or powerful song. The opening instrumental was largely done away with by 1980; no later Project album except Eye in the Sky featured one. Ironically, the instrumental on that album, "Sirius," eventually became the best-known Parsons instrumental because of its frequent use as entrance music by American sports teams, most notably the Chicago Bulls during their 1990s dynasty.

    Deepest Blue "Give It Away"

Deepest Blue was an electronic music group, consisting of the Israeli born Matt Schwartz, and the UK native Joel Edwards.
They first started collaborating under the name Zoom, and released their first single called "Let It Go" in 2002. One year later with a new name, they signed to the Ministry of Sound/Data Records label, and released their self-titled dance/house song, which became a huge hit in the clubs, as well as the UK singles chart. But, by 2005 the group split up to work on solo projects. the album went to sell 70,000 copies in the UK and other 230,000 worldwide.

    Gilbert O'sullivan

    A Woman's Place
I Don't Love You But I Think I Like Yo

Gilbert O'Sullivan (born Raymond Edward O'Sullivan, on 1 December 1946, in Waterford, Ireland) is a singer-songwriter, famously known for his morose ballad "Alone Again (Naturally)" and his boogie pop number "Get Down".
Early in his life, his family moved to England attending St. Joseph's Comprehensive school in Swindon, England, where he began to develop an interest in music and art. At Swindon Art College in 1963, he met Rick Davies who would soon become a member of the progressive rock band, Supertramp. During these years, O'Sullivan experimented with songwriting, writing his first song, "Ready Miss Steady."

O'Sullivan signed a five-year contract with CBS in 1967. However, after several poor singles with CBS, he sent some demo tapes to Gordon Mills, whereupon he signed with his label, MAM Records. At that time, O'Sullivan created the self-image of a "Bisto Kid", which he later replaced in favour of an endless series of collegiate-styled sweaters, embossed with the letter 'G'. Soon thereafter, O'Sullivan achieved his first top 10 hit with "Nothing Rhymed", and enjoyed four years of major success. This run incorporated a dozen more hit singles, ten of which reached the UK Top 10, plus four Top 5 albums, including Himself (1971), Back To Front (1972), I'm A Writer Not A Fighter (1973) and A Stranger In My Own Back Yard (1974). In 1972 he became internationally known, after his self penned ballad, "Alone Again (Naturally)" from the 1971 album Himself, became a chart-topper, spending six weeks at #1 on the Billboard.

He also landed two UK chart toppers, with the songs "Clair" (1972); and "Get Down" (1973), which also went into the U.S. Top 10. However, things later turned sour, as O'Sullivan discovered his recording contract with MAM Records, greatly favoured the label's owner. Litigation followed, as his recording career was put on hold. O'Sullivan returned, after a five year chart absence in 1980, with a new contract with CBS. His comeback single - "What's In A Kiss" - secured a top twenty spot in the UK. But, apart from a further minor success in 1990 and 1991, the hits completely dried up. For years O'Sullivan spoke in a bad light about his fall from fame, once saying that "no-one cares" what he has to say anymore, until the internet came along and he got in contact with some fans on his website.

Steely Dan " Rikki Don't Lose That Number"

Steely Dan is an American jazz rock band based around musicians and songwriters Walter Becker and Donald Fagen.
The group's history is divided into three stages. In its first stage, the group was a conventional rock band that toured and recorded from 1972 to 1974; in its second stage (19751980) the group became a purely studio-based act, albeit still using the name Steely Dan, but now based solely around the songwriting team of Becker and Fagen, and using hired session players on their recordings. The group's third stage was Becker and Fagen's surprise return to recording and performing during the 1990s, with the band reconstituted as a large jazz rock ensemble that tours regularly and has released several acclaimed live and studio albums.

    Adriano Celentano

    Susanna
    Pay pay pay

Adriano Celentano (born January 6, 1938) is an Italian singer, songwriter, comedian, actor, and TV host. He was born in Milan at 14 Gluck Street, about which he later wrote a song, his parents were from Puglia and had moved north for work.

Heavily influenced by his idol, Elvis Presley, and the 1950s rock revolution, he is also known as the most famous dancer of the Hula hoop fad. For the last 40 years he has retained his popularity in Italy, selling millions of records and appearing in numerous TV shows and movies. In the latter respect, he has also been a creator of a comic genre, with his characteristic walking and his facial expressions. For the most part, his films were commercially successful, in fact in the 1970s and part of the 1980s, he was the king of the Italian box office in low budget movies. As an actor, critics point to Serafino (1968), directed by Pietro Germi, as his best effort.

As a director he frequently casts Ornella Muti, Eleonora Giorgi and his wife Claudia Mori. He and Claudia are the parents of Rosita and Rosalinda Celentano, the latter most notable to worldwide audiences for playing the Satan character in Mel Gibson`s The Passion of the Christ. He also works often as a host for several Italian television shows.

    Chick Corea "Spain"

Armando Anthony "Chick" Corea - Chick Corea (born June 12, 1941) is an American jazz pianist/keyboardist and composer.
He is arguably best known for his work during the 1970s in the genre of jazz fusion, although his contributions to straight-ahead jazz have been tremendous. He participated in the birth of the electric fusion movement as a member of Miles Davis' band in the 1960s, and in the 1970s formed Return to Forever.
He continued to pursue other collaborations and explore various musical styles throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Among jazz pianists, Corea is widely acknowledged as one of the most influential since Bill Evans (along with Herbie Hancock, McCoy Tyner and Keith Jarrett). He is also known for promoting Scientology.

Chick's composition "Spain" first appeared on the 1972 Return to Forever album Light as a Feather. This is probably his most popular piece, and it has been recorded by a variety of artists (notably Al Jarreau).
