Queen " Dragon Attack"



The Game is a rock album by English band Queen released June 30, 1980. It was the only Queen album to reach the #1 position in both the United Kingdom and the United States and became Queen's best selling studio album in the US with four million copies sold to date, tying News of the World's US sales tally. Though the album had simpler song arrangements than previous Queen albums, The Game launched Queen into global megastars.



"Dragon Attack" was a jam session by band members and crew, to which May added lyrics and the idea of alternating solos (drums, then bass, then guitar, and then an almost a cappella chorus). The melody is similar to "We Will Rock You": compare "buddy you're a boy make a big noise" with "take me to the room where the red's all red".

"Sweet Child O' Mine" was Guns N' Roses' first number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100, spending three weeks at the top spot in the summer of 1988.

Как я тебя понимаю! :cool: :34: Я прослезился на концерте Роберта Планта в Сан Диего в 2005 году. ;) Кстати, марихуану тогда курили почти все на концерте.. Пришлось спасаться "мерлотом" от этого жуткого запаха... :lol:

Brendan Benson " Let Me Roll It"




Brendan Benson is a Michigan born musician and songwriter. He sings and plays guitar, bass guitar, keyboard and drums. He has released three solo albums and is a member of the band The Raconteurs.
In 2003, Benson released an EP, Metarie, with his then band, The Wellfed Boys. The EP featured a cover of Paul McCartney's "Let Me Roll It". This was the first song written completely by another artist to be featured on a Benson release.
