Otero Dance Co. presents a special event featuring 20 world-renowned international artists performing Argentine Tango, Salsa and Gauchos. This is a mesmerizing voyage through time, showing the evolution of dance and music in a display full of color, energy, music, rhythm and passion. The first act will take you to a tango bar in the heart of Buenos Aires in the 1920s, then to the Caribbean with the hot Latin rhythms of salsa in the 1950s, then to the Pampas with the Gauchos and the amazing drums and boleadoras of the 1800s; the final stop on the journey, in the second act, will bring you up to modern times.
