Кардио/тренажёрный зал - 2 раза в неделю, йога, тай-чи - ч раза в неделю.
Так же как и Ноинк - 1800-2000 калорий в день, много суши, овоши, фрукты, рыба, курица. На перекус - низкокалорийные снэкс, после 7 вечера - только фрукты.
Но! Если мне сильно хочется пиццы или БигМака - иду не задумываюсь, просто на след. день ем меньше и пробегаю минут з0-ч0.
В моём возрасте называть меня шалавой, это уже не оскорбление, а комплимент.
