ZZ Top : "Buck Nekkid"







ZZ Top is an Americanrock and rollband formed in 1970 in Houston, Texas. The band members are Billy Gibbons (vocals and guitar), Dusty Hill (bass guitar and vocals), and Frank Beard (drums). They hold the distinction of being one of the few rock bands still comprised of its original members after more than 35 years.
They reached their peak in the 1970s and 1980s, scoring many hit songs during that era; but they remain together today and are still touring and releasing albums. ZZ Top was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on March 15, 2004. Summarizing their music, Cub Koda wrote, "As genuine roots musicians, they have few peers; Gibbons is one of America's finest blues guitarists working in the arena rockidiom ... while Hill and Beard provide the ultimate rhythm section support."[1] Their song lyrics often feature sexual innuendo and humor.

Aerosmith: "Pink"


Aerosmith is a prominent Americanrock band. Although they are known as a Boston, Massachusetts band, none of the members is actually from the city.
The band enjoyed major popularity throughout the 1970's, but the split from 1979-84, and the serious substance abuse and drug addictions that contributed to their decline (The Grateful Dead's Jerry Garcia reportedly said they were "the druggiest bunch of guys I've ever seen"), would almost succeed in relegating them to the annals of history. However, in 1984, chiefly due to the tireless efforts of Joe Perry's then manager, Tim Collins, to reform the band, Aerosmith was born again. Despite the insistence of his own client Perry that it was unthinkable, Collins succeeded in helping the band resolve old differences and to ultimately overcome their addictions. They went on to enjoy a resurgence in popularity that has made them one of top-selling and most popular rock bands in the world today.

Guns 'N' Roses: "Sweet Child Of Mine"






Guns 'N' Roses (GNR) are an American hard rock band. The band's 1987 major label debut, Appetite for Destruction, gained them worldwide popularity while their 1991 second major effort, the simultaneous releases of Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II, and subsequent tour cemented the band's place as an influential member of rock and roll history. Guns 'N' Roses helped usher in a new era in the hard rock genre. Glam metal dominated the airwaves in the late 1980s, but the band's style of music and onstage behavior created a new movement within the music industry, as they offered a grittier, more traditionalist take on rock music, winning over many fans who admired their apparent authenticity. The band obtained success during the period of 1987-1993.

Guns 'N' Roses were founded in Los Angeles in June 1985. Their unique style incorporated Hard rock, blues and other genres of music into the popular heavy metal music of the time. The band was formed by singer W. Axl Rose, guitarists Tracii Guns and Izzy Stradlin, bassist Ole Beich (replaced by Duff McKagan), and drummer Rob Gardner. The name was derived from two bands that the original members had played in; "Hollywood Rose" and L.A. Guns.

Billy Idol (born William Michael Albert Broad on 30 November 1955 in Middlesex, England) is an English hard rock musician.
Moving to New York in the early '80s and hooking up with guitarist Steve Stevens and producer Keith Forsey, IDOL forged a highly influential rock-dance synthesis. His self-titled debut album in 1982 included a pair of Top 40 hits in "Hot In The City" and "White Wedding," with the latter's video marking IDOL's emergence as an MTV star. 1983's "REBEL YELL" saw IDOL at the top of the rock heap, sporting hits in the title track, "Eyes Without A Face" and "Flesh For Fantasy" and earning IDOL a Grammy nomination alongside Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, John Mellencamp and Elton John in Best Rock Vocal Performance, Male...
