He's an illegal alien.
He's from Kenya.
His name is Obama.
And now, he's arrested.
No, it's not the president of the United States, but 67-year-old Onyango Obama who is making headlines in Framingham, Mass., after reportedly driving under the influence and nearly slamming his SUV into a police car (http://www.framinghamma.gov/DocumentView.aspx?DID=4334) Wednesday night.
According to the MetroWest Daily News (http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/news/police_and_fire/x865770299/Cops-Illegal-immigrant-drove-drunk-in-Framingham), Obama failed a sobriety test after the crash, registering a blood-alcohol level of .14, when the state limit it .08.
This Obama shares not only his last name with President Obama, but his first name, Onyango, is the last name of the president's Aunt Zeituni Onyango, who was also an illegal alien living in Massachusetts (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20017043-503544.html). The Washington Times (http://www.washingtontimes.com/blog/watercooler/2011/aug/28/picket-obamas-illegal-uncle-arrested-uncle-omar-hi/) reports that when asked at booking if he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail, Onyango Obama replied: "I think I will call the White House."
This has some suggesting that the arrested man might be the president's "Uncle Omar," who was mentioned in the president's autobiography, "Dreams From My Father," as reported by the London Times (http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/world/barack-obamas-uncle-has-been-arrested-and-held-as-illegal-immigrant/story-e6frg6so-1226124269032).
The Times noted in November 2008, "Public record searches found traces of O. Onyango Obama, Uncle Omar's real name, in Boston. A friend and a former landlady said that he now uses the name Obama Onyango."
The Daily News reports Onyango Obama was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and driving to endanger. He was also cited for not using a turn signal and pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.
Obama reportedly has a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant for his arrest, and ICE has previously ordered him to be deported back to Kenya.
Judge Douglas Stoddart did not set bail on the motoring charges, but ordered Obama held on the ICE warrant.
