Where can I follow a complaint about childrent playing and screaming in a court yard where is sign NO PLAYING UNDER THE PENALTY OF LAW.
I'm in NYC 311 doesn't help the land lord neither.
Is the anythig else I can do.

what does exactly the sign say? does it have a cite to some kind of law? like: Municipal Code Section...?

Ну так они играют не "под" наказанием закона а "над", тем самым ничего не нарушая. :grum:

present your concerns at the local community board meeting, or contact your local assemblymen.

if you carefully spread rumor that there is a dangerous child molester in the area, I am sure all that noise will stop quickly
