Как я люблю это блюдо, но ещё ни разу сам не приготовил.
Наконец решился, буду вот делать. Нашёл рецепт, надеюсь это именно то. Кто нибудь делал? Какие советы?
Cajun Bourbon Chicken Recipe

4 large , Garlic CLoves Minced
1 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Ginger Grated
1/2 tablespoon(s) , Cajun Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon(s) , Paprika
3 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
3 pound(s) , Chicken Pieces
Spread chicken skin side up on a flat pan one layer after marinating for a couple of hours. The longer it marinates, the stronger the flavor.
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake chicken for about 45 minutes, until done.
