So, my sister got I 20 form from a Private School. Now, due to unforseen family cirumstances she has to go back to Moscow for a few weeks or so. Her I 94 expires December 18 (two weeks from now almost). We were about to start a change of status for her, and now that she has to go to Russia I wonder if it is going to be a problem for her to come back. If she leaves before her I 94 expires, then tries to come back in a few weeks, are they going to turn her back around because she had an issued I 20 form here??SHe has a B2 visa, valid for 2 more years. Does it actually pop up on their computer at the airport when they scan her passport that she had I 20? I am so confused about all this. I wish it wasn't so complicated :( Thank you for any replies.
