News for everybody who wants to renew visa in Canada!!!

I went to LA to Canadian embassy and they told me that before going to Canada if i, as a visa holder, want to change visa or renew it, i should first get an approval here in the US at the INS and if i am approved i can go to Canada without being scared that won't let me in!!!

At least you know for sure will u get it there or not!!!
