Dear Sparavochnik,
Again need your advice and expertise. A daughter just had her Citizenship interview and received the NAturalization Certifificate that bears a prominent sign on it that says "copying of the Certificate is prohibited". She is preparig to send the I-130 form for her 84 years old mother (who is in the States on the expired visa since 5 years) and the form instructions state a copy of the Natiralization Certificate needs to be submitted as art of petition. Obviously, she doesn't want to submit the original Certificate to USCIS because it may not be returned by them. Question #1: what to do in this situation with the copy of NC? Question #2: what other documents may be submitted (for daughter and/or mother) to speed up the review of the case?
