Народ, подскажите плиз, а то совсем запутался. Если будет F-1 c 2 year home residence нельзя получить только иммиграционную визу, а неиммиграционную можно получать в течение этих 2 лет?

Home Residence Requirement бывает только на J-1, а не на F-1. Здесь

написано, что бы можешь, а чего не можешь.
If the exchange visitor is subject to INA 212(e) requirement, he or she cannot change his or status to that of H, L, K, or immigrant lawful permanent resident (LPR) until he or she has returned to his/her home country for at least two-years or received a waiver of that requirement.
Гостевые визы можно получать.
