Первые альбомы Therapy? очень панковские, а потом стал классный boogie-metal.
Joy Division лучшие...
Маленькая ссылка про эту группу. До суицида вокалиста эта группа была первой, что стала создавать очень депрессивный, тёмный и мрачный панк. Альбом Unknown Pleasures хорошее тому подтверждение... Затем это был принят как краеугольный камень в основание нового стиля gothic-rock. Обидно, но так называемы готы большей частью не знают корней своей музыки. А они тут... Тут!!!

Да, вы правы. Ложное ощущение навели на меня пара их поздних композицй, найденных на винчестере моего компьютера. На первых слух показалось, что это примитивный хард. Всё-таки исходя из текстов и мнения общественности - это punk...

Сейчас увидела эту тему:) Я как-то записала отличный клип Sid Vicious, My Way. Снимал его, - если не ошибаюсь, - Коппола. Стильный клип и немного насмешливый: приличная публика в зале умиляется экзотике: "Ах, какой он экзотичный, этот лохматый душка-хулиган!" А душка в конце достаёт большой пистоль...:) А ещё забавно, какие метаморфозы происходят с музыкантами на сцене и в жизни :D Я однажды смотрела передачу с Артемием Троицким, этим нашим музроккритиком и по совместительству гламурбоем и плейбоем:D В гостях у него был Генри Роллинз. Роллинза то относят к панк-року, то нет, а вот что было забавно. Интерьтер у Троицкого был оформлен гламурно и с восточным антуражем: султанские диваны с яркими атласными подушками, занавеси и кисточки всех мастей и т.п. Сам Троицкий был оформлен в соотв. стиле: в дорогом костюмчике с отдельными всплесками цвета и восточной фривольности, и сидел, вальяжно откинувшись на пышных подушках. А напротив, в кресле, сидел Генри Роллинз, в майке и своих любимых семейных трусах, :D - на этот раз белых, - и глаза у него были такие детские и добрые. :) А если вспомнить, что на сцене он если и не Великий, но уж точно иногда Ужасный... Это надо было просто видеть - пафосный Троицкий и Роллинз во всём этом пафосе в трусах! :D И все попытки Троицкого его слегка подковырнуть, - любит Троицкий это, любит, - отбивались Роллинзом лениво и смешно:D

The Specimen

Specimen was an 1980s British band. They have been described as being many different genres of music, including; Glam, Goth, Punk and Deathrock.

Unusually for a keyboardist, Johnny Slut became the face of the band and its most famous member. Due largely to his striking image and fashion sense.

The Exploited was formed by ex soldier Wattie Buchan - Vocals and John Duncan - Guitar in the early 1980. John later got the nickname Big John. They also got two other members Dru Stix - Drums and Danny - Bass. After a while they released their debut Ep Army Life. The Ep climbed into 35th place on the indie chart. It also becam single of the week in Sounds Magazine.

The band was doing lots of gigs, and Wattie was wearing a swastika on stage. That made many people think of Exploited as a fascist band... and they we´re NOT! The gigs were verry violent and lots of them tured out to riots.
