Ability to write and execute test scripts based on functional requirements using both manual and automated tools
Knowledge of system analysis and design process and tools
Experience using Rational Clearquest defect tracking software
Basic knowledge of DBMS (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase);
More than 3 years working experience in software commercial projects as a tester
Good communication skills (technical)
Ability to communicate in English is a plus
