(a) USCIS Promulgates Fee Increase For AAO Appeals And Motions
The USCIS published a final rule in the Federal Register
announcing a fee increase, from $110 to $385, for the processing
of an appeal, motion to reopen, or motion to reconsider, in cases
under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Appeals Office
(AAO), effective September 28, 2005.
