Does anyone know free voice mail serive in Moscow with local number?

How about just voice mail service with local Moscow number, where people can leave you a message and you can call that number and check your messages?

Нет такого в России и на просторах бывшего соц(конц)лагеря. Только в США и некоторых странах Западной Европы.

www.Vpost.ru used to have the service that I am looking for now, but they have discontinued it about a year ago.

Я знаю. Сам им пользовался. Но теперь voicemail там нет. (:
